Ballast compatible would be spec'd when using a fixture were the ballast is left to drive the LED 2 foot T8 lamps. Great for retrofitting your old 2 x 2 troffers and strip fixtures quickly and at a low cost. Not all tubes are compatible with all ballast please check requirements first before purchase.
