The Warehouse Lighting Chicago Approved Steel Exit/Stair Sign, Single/Double Face, Red Letter features an understated steel housing for a traditional look. Designed to meet the City of Chicago’s building requirements, it’s available with your choice of one or two faces, AC-only or with battery backup, and a full array of “EXIT” and “STAIR” variations with or without directional arrows. In addition, the LED exit light comes with brackets for easy attachment to either a ceiling, a wall via the end mount, or a wall using the back mount. Highlights include a charge rate/power “on” LED indicator light and a push-to-test switch for mandated code compliance testing. Like all of our premium LED exit signs, it’s backed by a 5-year warranty and Warehouse Lighting’s industry-leading product support.

 LED Emergency Exit Light Features:

  • Ultra-bright, energy-efficient, long-lasting white LEDs provide uniform illumination
  • Universal 120V - 277V voltage
  • Charge rate/power "ON" LED indicator light and push-to-test switch for mandated code compliance testing
  • 4.8V Long-life, maintenance-free, rechargeable NiCd battery (EM models only)
  • Internal solid-state transfer switch automatically connects the internal battery to LED board for minimum 120-minute emergency illumination
  • Fully automatic solid-state, two-rate charger initiates battery charging to recharge a discharged battery in 24 hours
  • Mounting canopy included for top or end mount
  • Universal knockout pattern on backplate for wall mount
  • Durable, powder-coated 20-guage steel construction in white or black finish
  • Unique design allows double face conversion in the field
  • 5-year warranty on all electronics and housing; battery prorated for five years
