Very good fixture.

I bought 2 of these fixtures to replace 250w metal halide parking lot lights. These fixtures have excellent brightness and area coverage. They are very sturdy and the adapter accepts a wide range of conduit sizes. I highly recommend these lights.

Nice replacement

Replaced existing HID fixtures with these. Nice and bright. The adjustability is helpful to aim the light where you want it. Will purchase again.

what is the difference between type 3 and type 5?

Type 5 is a symmetric distribution lighting equally in all directions, Foward, back and to the sides. Typically used in the center of an area. Type 3 is designed to push the light forward and to the sides. Typically used on the perimeter of the area.
